1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MiSEMS (Modern Integrated Speaking English Measurement System) Workflow Management System, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts

Users must be assigned accounts by authorized administrators. Account credentials are confidential and must not be shared. Users are responsible for all activities under their account.

3. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses:

• Educational assessment and learning activities
• Assignment creation, submission, and grading
• Academic record keeping

Prohibited Uses - Users must NOT:

• Use the System for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to breach system security
• Share account credentials
• Submit plagiarized content
• Harass or harm other users

4. Audio Recordings

Students grant permission for audio recordings to be stored for assessment. Recordings are used solely for educational evaluation and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Grading and Assessment

All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or cheating will result in disciplinary action. Grades are assigned at teacher discretion following institutional criteria.

6. System Availability

The System aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The System is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
